Ingredients
For 4 persons:
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- Parsley or cilantro
Directions
Cut and mix all the ingredients together
Author's note
- Fennel contains the antioxidant flavonoid quercetin and can be useful for indigestion and spasms of the digestive tract
- An important nutritional value of fennel is that it contains large amounts of vitamin C
