Author's note
- Because mushrooms add a meaty texture to foods, it is perfect to make a veggie burger with no meat.
- Mushrooms also contain essential nutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and selenium, and are also a good source of fiber. They contain antioxidants that are beneficial for your skin.
- Beans are full of proteins and fibre. See the nutritional value for beans: http://www2.state.id.us/bean/nutrition/value.htm
- Eating meat can trigger inflammation of the skin for many people with skin conditions. It is nice to find a good veggie burger as an alternative to beef burgers.
