Warm almond & sesame cakes

Ingredients

For about 10 small cakes:
  • Almond powder (200g)
  • Eggs (3)
  • Brown sugar (120g)
  • Tahini (40g) or replace with rice flour
  • Almond or orange extract (2 tspn)
  • Sesame seeds (3 tspn)

Directions

  • Turn your oven on (about 200 degrees)
  • Mix sugar, tahini, extract, and eggs all together. Then add almond powder and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Cook for 45 minutes.

Author's note

It is a great recipe and you shoudn't feel too bad to eat these wonderful small cakes... They are healthy if you don't eat all of them (because of the sugar content). Enjoy them!
