Lemon maple cayenne water drink

Today, the Lemon Maple Cayenne Water Drink is on the menu! Taking this lemonade for a least 10 days help pushing the toxins out of the body. "Master Cleanse", "Lemon Cleanse", "Maple Syrup Diet", it is how this diet is called. Let's discover what ingredients are used.

The Master cleanse involves drinking only lemonade made from fresh lemon or lime juice, Grade B maple syrup, Cayenne pepper and water.
It can be followed for 10 days, and may also be safely extended to 40 or more days, depending upon a person’s physical condition.
An herbal laxative tea is also taken twice a day, and no solid food is eaten for the entire cleanse.

Here is the recipe:

1. Lemon juice

About 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Use organic lemons if you can afford it. The aim of the Master Cleanse is to remove toxic substances from your body, so pesticides are not really welcome...

2. Grade B organic maple syrup

2 tablespoons of maple syrup (the darker the better).

Grade B maple syrup is highly recommended for its taste and mineral content.
Don't use Grade A maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup because they are over-refined. They are mostly refined sugars and lack essential minerals, which you need for the cleanse.

3. Cayenne Pepper

Use a very small amount the first few days (about 1/10 of a teaspoon).

You can increase the amount of cayenne pepper as you move through your system cleanse.

4. Filtered Water

About 300 ml of water between room temperature and medium hot.

Because the manufacturing processes for bottled water are not tightly regulated, it is best to use filtered water.

Mix your lemonade fresh just before drinking and drink at least six glasses of this Lemon Maple Cayenne Water drink a day... If this lemonade can help cleanse the body and restore healthy skin, why not giving it a try?

Caution: the master cleanse system has possible side effects. Talk to a nutritionist or a doctor before doing it, especially if you have any serious medical conditions.
