She then went on to complete the Supervised Practice in Dietetics through the College of Saint Elizabeth. She has been recognized as a Certified Specialist in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management, a Certified Specialist in Adult, and a Certified Personal Trainer. Erin is the creator and author of the Healthy ‘n Fit Weight Management Program, a structured weight management program for children and teens as well as the Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program, a structured weight management program from adults. Erin also promotes nutrition through motivational speeches, corporate wellness events, media appearances and one-on-one counseling with individuals in her private practice located in Northern NJ.
